Rooted in a long family tradition of agriculture in the Lowveld, our journey led us to the fertile soils of Southern Mozambique, where our farm, Lanbob, produces top-quality bananas for the Southern African market under the 3M Bananas brand.
While our macadamias travel to international markets, our bananas stay closer to home – fresh, fair, and full of flavour for Southern Africa.
More than just our name, 3M Bananas stands for honest farming, sustainable practices, and a vision to build a better banana industry from the ground up.

Crackin’ Good Macs
Though bananas are our namesake, macadamias are a proud part of the 3M Bananas story. Grown on 45 hectares at our Boane farm in Southern Mozambique, our macadamias are cultivated with care, dehusked and dried on-site to preserve quality from tree to export. While they’re destined for international markets, they’re rooted in the same values that guide everything we grow: sustainable farming, safety, and honest practices. We conduct annual MRL testing to ensure our macadamias meet food safety standards—part of our commitment to delivering a trusted product, naturally.
